While most of our positions are based in our comfortable corporate office in Temecula, California, our teammates work across many cities and some state lines. We enjoy a relaxed work environment with periodic off-site fun events. Travel outside the area will be required for some positions.

First and foremost, we are 100% employee owned and have an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in place for all teammates. In addition to that, we offer a full line of benefits including, but not limited to, the following:

  • 401k Plan that has a matching of 50% by NBS up to 10% of the employee’s salary. (The federal limits on 401k deposits would apply for each applicable year)
  • Health and Dental Insurance is paid in full for the employee coverage, including Flexible Spending Account option
  • Paid Sick and Vacation time
  • Eight paid Holidays per year are currently observed by NBS
  • Life insurance covering the employee in the sum of $100,000 is paid in full by NBS
  • Short and long-term disability insurance for the employee is paid in full by NBS
